Timers are easy to ignore. A camera that counts your reps is not.
On-device pose detection counts your reps as you do them. Holds and walk-aways are timed too, but the clock only runs while you're really holding, or really away.

Pick how Uncoil talks to you, from encouraging to merciless, spoken aloud if you like. Skipping is always taken gracefully, whatever the tone.

A recorded coach talks you through every session: “Move back a little”, “And reach back up”. Optional, and fully offline.
Detects Zoom, Teams, Webex and FaceTime and quietly waits. Sessions never barge into your meetings.
Show up daily and the flame runs orange to red to purple to blue, because the hottest flames burn blue.

Nothing ever leaves your Mac. Nothing can.
